What Could Be The Reason For Discomfort In Left Testicle Which Is Felt More While Sitting?

I have this wierd feeling on my left nut that feels like if my nut is moving around .. Its not a pain its just a uncomfturble feeling .. It goes away but when i think bout it i feel it .. Or when i sit down i feel it more..and i have wat looks like a swollen vien.. Wat can be the problem??

HI. This looks to be varicose veins ( enlarged veins in the scrotum) causing the scrotum to relax more for efficient cooling ( an automatic body mechanism). This makes the left testis to hang low and gives you a feeling , what you are getting. You need to go for color doppler and see an Urologist, who will decide the further management
