What Could Be The Reason For Blurred Left Eye Vision , Dizziness And Tingling Sensation On My Feet?

Vision in my left eye has become blurry. I have just turned 51 yrs. My blood pressure is usually right in the normal range. I also experience a bit of dizziness when I turn and walk. I am low in iron. I have been consuming more of that in food. I used to hear the blood pumping in my left area of my head. It has stopped about two months ago or I don't notice it anymore. I have noticed the since I am not as busy, not working for last year; that I have lost muscle but my feet get a bit (little tingly or dull feeling) and my left hand doesn't have the dexterity it did before. My left arm feels like it doesn't have the control it had. Feels light at times when I move it. I do still smoke less than half a pack of cigs/day. I work on quitting at times but only make 5-7 days. I have also been understand extreme stress in last 18 months with loss of job, career, house, and five year relationship.

You had faced lot of tension due to various causes mentioned,You are 51 years old. You might have attained menopause /are in the process of getting it,
at fifty one there is natural loss in near vision of eyes.
All these factors have affected your health status/.lifestyle/psychology.
In such conditions you need to have a through check up by a physician/pathological tests to exclude certain possibilities in your age ( refractory error, cataract, anemia, hormonal symptoms due to menopause )
following this,you should seek consultation of opthalmalogist/ physician/gynecologist/psychologist as per need.
