What Could Be The Large Lump On The Arm Which Is Tender?

I just noticed a large lump on the outside or inner part of arm. (Closest to my back) Its tender and I'm a little concerned. There is some discomfort. I am not noticing any pain anywhere else on the arm or armpit. Can you tell me what it possibly could be?

This can be an abscess. So the pain.
Show it to the Doctor to get a proper diagnosis and proper treatment.
