What Could Be The Cause Of Weakness, Chest Tightness And Shortness Of Breath?
My heart feels weak and tired when it's beating, kind of like tired muscles. And sometimes it hurts when it beats. Kind of like it's straining to pump normally or something. I have a heart murmur but it's not anything to worry about. I get dizzy all the time and my chest feels tight a lot--when I take a deep breath, I'm just short of a full deep breath. Whe I take my pulse it sometimes feel like my heartbeat is shaking a little.

These are rather generalised symptoms and could be caused by a number of conditions. I suggest you see your doctor for some basic investigations including blood tests and an ECG.
