What Could Be The Cause Of Red Dots On Arms And Feet, And Fever?

Hi my daughter recently had a fever, a couple of days after I noticed there were a few red dots on her arms and feet...I was just wondering if it was normal because now the blisters that were on her feet poped and it looks like it hurts...I don t know what to do

It may be viral fever with rashes. So pls consult doctor. Some time low platelet count can cause this type of lesion. So pls go and see patient to doctor.
