a patient comes into the office complaining of numbness in the left side of the face and difficulty walking, the patient is having difficulty with speech and is easily confused. What questions should you ask the patient and what appears to be the primary diagnosis?

ask the patient to speak to check for slurring, ask the patient to raise both arms and legs against resistance, as these could be signs of stroke.

if the patient has a facial drooping asymmetrically it could also be Bell's palsy which affects the facial nerve, leading to facial drooping.
