What Could Be The Cause Of Neck Pain?

Hi, I am 31 year male..........since one week i am experiencing little pain near my shoulder and neck......now i can feel little pain in back of my right head behind ear............its very minor pain...........i am working my job is very stressfull and requires too much bending of neck to look for detail parts..........if i am busy i don t feel it but when i focus on it i can feel the little numbness on back of head behind ear and neck.........add on my right eye is blinking.........i read lot on this on internet but just go this information that it is stress and anxiety..........

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of a job that involves lot of bending of the neck, pain in the neck behind the ear, eye blinking, pain near the shoulder and so on.
Although you have read on internet, this is not just anxiety and stress, but can be due to muscle spasm causing nerve pinching syndrome.
At the same time you have to get your MRI of the cervical spine and the neck for a proper diagnosis.
The treatment is:
First of all, the bed rest, rest to the neck, it may pertain to be off the duty till you are properly diagnosed and treated.
Analgesics and muscle relaxants.
Local rubrafacient,.
Further treatment as per the findings of the MRI.
