What Could Be The Cause Of Irritation In Chest And Flu Like Symptoms?
I have been coughing but it s not a cold of flue I cough when it is cold outside or if I drink something cold I feel like something is eritating in my chest I try to cough it out but there is nothing coming out and it gives me a wet filing in the chest. It s been on and of for 4-5 years now. Thanks for your help what can it be.

Triggering of chest symptoms on exposure to cold weather or taking cold drinks that too since 4-5 years (long duration) intermittently suggests that it is hyperactive airway disease.
steroids and beta agonists by inhalation may help.
