What Could Be The Brownish Round Blotch On Right Cheek?

I am a 52 year old women, I have this brownish round blotch on my right cheek and wondering what it is, it is perfectly round does not itch or bother me. Overall I am healthy and take no meds. I have been applying spot correctors but has done nothing to even fade it

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, the brown patch could be melasma, solar lentigo or early seborrhoeic keratosis. If it is not troubling you or growing at an alarming rate, you could leave it alone.
If you are cosmetically concerned, use a sunscreen every 4 hours and a lightening cream contain 2-4% kojic acid at bedtime on the spot.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
