What Could Be Done To Relieve Pain In Crohn S Disease?

I have Crohn s Disease and have a seton drain near my anus and recently had this spot on my cheek become so painful. It looks like someone just sliced a few layers of skin off of a spot and feels like a burn does. What is it and what could I do to relieve the pain? I walk for 8 or more hours a day at my job.
