What Could Be Causing Severe Cramps In My Left Ovary And Sudden Menstrual Bleeding To The Point Of Feeling Faint?

I take birth control which has completely eliminated my periods for years. Two years ago I had a 13-pound tumor removed along with my right ovary. For last couple of days I have had serious cramping in my left ovary and sudden bleeding/clotting to the point of feeling faint. What could be causing this suddenly and should I be concerned?

Hi,

You can consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
