What Could A Lump On Eyebrow With Congested And Smelly Nose Indicate?

Hi there, I have a small lump under the skin on my eyebrow nearest my nose, ive had it sometime now but recently inside my nose have started to congest and i have this foul smell followed by green scabs when i clear it with a tissue. Just wondering if you could guve me some insight to this Kind regards Rachel

I warmly Welcome you!

You have sinusitis and due to that your nose stuffiness and green scrapings on napkins are seen.

The lump near the nose may or may not be related to sinus infection. It can be decided once I see the picture of the lesion. It may be due to Maxillary sinus infection too. But may also be a separate issue not linked to sinus infection. If you can, upload me a picture of the lesion in a follow-up question. You may also consult a local Ottorhinolaryngologist for the same.


If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Azithromycin antibiotic class of drug , if not allergic to and ofcourse a follow-up after completing medication course. Plus Ebastine, Ibuprofen and Prednisone by mouth.Use Saline nasal spray too.
