What Could A Large, Raised, Circular, Bumpy Mole On My Penis Shaft Be?

i recently had a partner who had a large raised circlular bumpy mole on his shaft..i asked him what it was bc i thought it was genital warts..he told me..it was a mole..said hes had it since he was three..he also had another close to the head of the penis...he siad it didnt hurt or itch..he said he went to the doc and they tested it and told him it was a mole...should i be worried..ive nevr seen anything like it before...ive seem a birthmark like the flat raised mole..but itwas on sonebodys head not penis..please tell me something

As he describes, it appears to be a mole,and may not be related to any thing else.
Any how i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Ask him to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to prevent any infections.
