What Could A Flesh Like Vaginal Discharge During Periods Indicate?

Good day, I had a a flesh looking discharge when my period came. It was not the normal blood clot like I have when menstruating. It was not absorbed by my tampon, it came out after my tampon. It was about 7-8 cm long with about 3 cm a thick flesh looking discharge. It looked like skin, but then rubbery and a bit more transparant. I had also extra heavy menstrual cramps and still have cramps I cannot really identify. I took pictures of the discharge in case you need to see it. I am still looking for a gynecologist to see, but I live in Tanzania and at this point I have not found one yet that I can visit. I am looking forward hearing from you and thank you for you time. Kind regards, Ilse
