What Could A Dark Freckle Appeared After Tweezing An Ingrown Hair Be?

Hi! Quick question! I had what appeared as a ingrown hair inside my thigh. It looked like it had black in it and red on the outside. Painful like a ingrown hair too. I picked it with tweezers until I thought it was out.. After the spot healed it now looks like a big dark freckle. Black almost.. Any suggestions what caused this spot on me?

Hi

You seem to have developed a pigmented scar .
You had initially developed a lesion of folliculitis which seems to have healed with pigmentation .
Such a pigmentation is common after any kind of skin lesions.
You might need to be treated with a skin lightening agent like kojivit cream which should be applied twice a day.
It will slowly help in restoring the normal skin color.
