What Could UA WBCs -1/hpf In The Test Report, Suggest?

I am wondering about my results, my UA WBCs: 1/hpf, my UA RBCs: 1/hpf, my UA Squamous Epithelials: 7/hpf, my UA Blood: 2+, my UA Bacteria: Occasional, my Neutrophils: 39.0% and my Lymphocytes: 48.9%. Can you tell me what any of these things mean and is there anything I need to follow up with my doctor regarding these results?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your reports. I can understand your concern. Your urine analysis report suggest only 1 pus cell and 1 rbc which is normal finding in urine. So your urine report is normal. However you havr slightly high lymphocyte count. So if you have no symptoms then no need to worry and no treatment is required. If you have any symptoms then consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
