Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your husband is suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by presence of bacteria, excess pus cells and occasional RBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
He need few more investigations like routine hemogram, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present he need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
He also need clinical correlation.
He should drink lot of water.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.

Take Care
