Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description this could be either mucus discharge or faecal material

I would like further information to help you better like
are you having chronic constipation or perianal problem like fissure in anus or piles
Amy relevant medical history like diabetes or other metabolic disease.

I would advise you to consult your doctor for per rectal examination to rule out fistula or other anus and rectum related disease

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Avoid constipation by taking laxatives or stool softening agents
Maintain good hygiene
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables

Hope this answers your question
Thanks and regards
