.Any vascular abnormality as a post operative changes, collection within the scrotal sac.
.In this case ultrasound will be the investigation of choice to reach the diagnosis.
.Ultrasound will help us to assess testicle, parenchyma, blood supply, any possible lesions. And blood vessels, chord, epididymis and scrotal sac collection.
.If required an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology to assess the nature of the cells and problem.
.It looks like infective aetiology, and needs attention, more over with your history you can not take chance. Get an appointment with your treating doctor and take needful steps. Good luck.
