Hello,

Mucous jelly-like granules are common in semen. But yellow clumps may be seen in infection or eating of food that stain your semen or icterus etc.

Once again check your bilirubin level, urine examination. Avoid excessive eating carrots.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
