Sir, during morning routine/ evening routine, I have seen daily white discharge, and I feel my urination with bed small and yellow/red c lour. stool is semi solid. I feel always weak, my hand and leg is thick now. I have eye/penile discharge and cough also make every time. Sir, Few days I eat carrot,egg and bananas. at that time feel healthy. Sir please tell me what disease I am suffering?
