What Causes White Stuff In Throat, Burnt Lips After Smoking Meth?

I smoked meth 2 consecutive days but I have never smoked before. My throat has white stuff and hurts when I swallow. And the edges of my lips are like burned in the outside. When I smoked for the second time yesterday, I got so weak and dizzy. I felt like I was about to faint every time I walked. Thanks in advance.

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you have dizzness and difficulty in swallowing when you smoke ,so Smoking harms you , as you have burns on your lips also quit this Smoking ,
You can apply ointment on lips on burned areas, ointment Sofradex twice daily and
Take one Tablet Azithromycin once daily for three days
Do warm saline gargle two - three times a day for 5 days
If you dont get any releif then consult ENT Surgeon go for investigations done
