What Causes White Spots On The Tongue?
I have a smooth spot on my tongue that i have had for 2 months now. I forgot about it and just checked it out and it has gone up in a strait line and has some white spots. I used to smoke cigarettes but i quit when I found the spot. I still smoked hookah, and i m 16, i need some peace of mind! I think its cancer :(

The white spots on the to guess can be related to a fungal infection. I recommend to use an anti fungal gel for local application such as Daktarin gel. I also suggest to maintain a good oral hygiene. If the symptoms continue, you should see an ENT specialist.
