What Causes White Spots On Penis?

hello i ve noticed recently that my penis has little white dots on them. like tiny whiteheads. ive had only one partner for the past 9 months and they showed up recently about a month ago. before we started dating, we both go tested and we are both dont have any stds. i was just wondering if it is something i should be concerned about or if its a matter of cleanliness
