If there is no pain during urination, fever, and changes in urination frequency then you don’t need to worry. Sometimes it just passes on its own, you just need to drink plenty of fluids and take raspberry tea or juice to promote urination. If this persists or symptoms occur then you need to do urine analysis and urine culture and after that antibiotic treatment may be started, if necessary.
