What Causes White Layer Formation And Cut Marks On The Penis Foreskin?
Hi I have a problem if cuts on the foreskin if penis and it s not curing for last 1 month also there is a white discharge from penis and some kind of white layer formation happens in the penis head which causes lot of irritation and now since there are cut marks on penis foreskin I m not able to roll down the skin see the penis head Pls. Advise what should I do.

You can't retract your foreskin back fully according to history that suggestive of phimosis....
The cause is balanoposthitis mostly here..
As white discharge present it could be fungal infection...
For that culture needs to be done and accordingly treatment given...
Here as you have cuts and chronic fibrosis with phimosis circumcision will required mostly....
In which foreskin removed along with release of tight frenulum..
Advise : Surgeon consultation for examination....
