General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to smegma.

For that, you can clean it by water after slow retraction of the foreskin.

Please let me know do you have itching, rash, penile discharge?

In that case, you may require blood investigations to rule out any sexually transmitted diseases if having such history after consultation.

Maintain proper hygiene. Avoid irritant soap.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
