General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the swelling or discharge from the elbow is unrelated to your other disease and less likely to be drugs related but can be a local infection and may need antibiotics and examination whether it's pus or something else.

Cultures may also be needed. anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen may also be needed. Meanwhile, follow up with neurologist for Parkinson may be continued.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
