OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that there may be infection in your genital tract which can lead to white discharge. This condition is called pelvic inflammatory disease so I will recommend that you have a course of antibiotics Doxycycline for 14 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
