What Causes White Discharge And Cloudy Urine While Having Mirena?

I had the Mirena IUD put in March and i recently been having sex with my partner for the last 2 months. I haven t had a a period at all. But i have a white/clear discharge and cloudy urine. My stomach been hurting and my breast. And when we had sex 3 days ago he felt the IUD during sex. It was uncomfortable. What could be wrong and what can i do.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
White/ clear vaginal discharge is suggestive of congestion of pelvic organs.
Congestion of pelvic organs is seen during sexual activity and can also be seen with insertion of an IUCD.
Cloudy urine is suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI) so I suggest you to get a routine urine examination.
Routine urine examination will determine presence or absence of infection in the urinary tract.
Feeling of IUCD and discomfort felt can be due to disturbance in the position of the IUCD.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist to confirm the position of the IUCD.
In case it is disturbed, it needs to be replaced back in place.
The stomach pain and breast pain are non-specific symptoms and do not indicate any specific disorder.
I suggest you to get urine examination and treatment of UTI if infection is detected.
