What Causes White Bumps In Mouth With Sore Throat?

I hope I get an answer so. two days ago I woke up with a sore throat and headache both those things have been going on for 2 days! So I check my mouth since my mouth hurts when I swallow or drink. And I noticed these little white bumps?on my left palatoglossal arch. Im sure its in that area. But it hurts when Ieat because of that... Do you know what those white bumps are?please help me.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of sore throat and headache.
The headache could be due to malaise.
And the white bumps can be due to infection focus or can be forming of the aphthous ulcer.
To have a proper diagnosis consult an ENT surgeon for clinical evaluation and treatment.
Have liquid diet.
Take plenty of oral fluids and avoid dehydration.
