Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain tiny blisters on the tongue and inside of the lip can be Canker sores or apthous ulcers..

They can occur as small blisters and there can be some pain and irritation associated with it.They occur due to a number of reasons but the exact cause is unknown..

Other reasons for formation of small blisters if they are totally painless can be Cold sores caused by Herpes Simplex Virus.
They are mostly sexually transmitted but it can also be caused by exposure to infected things like utensils and towels etc used by an infected person..

It can also be mild allergic reaction to some medicine or food product etc..

Mostly canker sores and mild allergic reaction can subside itself without any treatment..
But in case of canker sores if they are painful Ibuprofen can be taken to relieve from pain and inflammation..

For allergic reaction antihistamines like allegra or benadrly can help..

For both canker sores and allergic reaction salt water rinses can help..
Rinsing with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and benadryl can help..
Sucking on ice pops can relieve pain and inflammation..
Drinking plenty of water and cold liquids can be relieving..
Avoid spicy and hard foods..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..

In case of herpes Antiviral oral and topical therapy like Acyclovir can be helpful in preventing recurrent outbursts as antiviral therapy cannot cure the infection but can prevent outbursts..

Consult a dentist or a physician and get the correct diagnosis done and treatment can be done accordingly...

Hope this information helps..
