Hi thanks for asking question.
Here are few possibilities in your case.
1.The wheezing can be because of bronchitis infection. It can be viral , bacterial or allergic.Complete blood examination and chest x ray will be helpful.
2.This type of wheezing can be because of pneumonitis.chest x ray helpful.Your symptoms subsiding eventually , possibilities of viral infection is there.
3.Finally this can be precipitating asthma as allergic condition.complete blood examination in such case may reveal high eosinophil.
To differentiate obstructive dz like asthma from restrictive dz like pneumonia pulmonary function test helpful.
I hope you will understand my concern.
Take nutritional diet with fruit juices.
Strictly avoid smoking .
Wish you good health.
