What Causes Weight Loss?

My son crp was 8.26. He is nine yrs old. He plays football. He was hit two weeks ago. Then all of a sudden he gets sick two weeks later, not eating throwing up swelling in the face. He had high fever for 3 days 103. My concern now is that he is still losing weight.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the high grade fever then it must be infection, again with the history of vomiting and not eating normally, so such weight loss is very likely, here condition need to be managed seriously, complete blood count is must, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day
