What Causes Weight Loss, Tiredness And Upper Abdominal Pressure?

I m having some health problems. My symptoms are: extreme weight loss (loss 39 pounds since October), tired, stool soft, tiredness and pressure in my upper stomach. I had blood work done and scans done on my brain, stomach and pelvic area and everything was fine. Can you help me?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Extreme weight loss is associated with chronic infections like tuberculosis and malignancy.
Tiredness is usually due to low hemoglobin or anemia which is usually associated with anemia.
Soft consistency of stools and pressure in upper abdomen are indicative of some disorder of gastrointestinal tract (GIT).
Thus, I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations to look for these symptoms.

Thanks and take care
