What Causes Weight Loss, Loss Of Appetite, Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?

So I m not really sure what my question is. I guess I m looking for advice. I am not a big fan of doctors, mainly because of social anxiety. But recently I have lost about 70lbs. I used to weigh about 265 and now weigh 194. This is in just a few months, about 5 months maybe and more recently I have noticed my appetite has gone away and experience bad stomach pains and diarrhea. I m just loking for advice when talking to my doctor or anything else that may help. Thank you.

Thank you for your query on HCM. I understand your concern.

Your medical history is suggestive of significant weight loss. Our body will find it difficult to adjust with such fast weight loss.

Your associated syptoms like frequent diarrhoea, loss of appatite is strongly suggestive of HIV infection. Please don't panic. I suggest you to get your blood investigations done first.

There are many other conditions which may cause symptoms like yours.

I am strongly of the opinion that you should consult a doctor, get your investigations done to come to a diagnosis.
