Hello,

Well, a simple blood count and electrolytes would be a good start. immunoglobulin and histamine and interleukin 5--all factors that increase histamine would be another set of tests and there are new treatments working through these.

But that is not a likely cause of the symptoms if she's had that disorder for her whole life and the new problem just popped up now.

There are a lot of causes of nausea and vomiting starting with pregnancy, or stomach flu and going into other gastrointestinal problems, medications, hormones, migraine and a lot more.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
