What Causes Weight Loss In The Body?

I am experiencing unexplained weight loss for more than a year --- not on diets, my eating habits have not changed from years before weight loss. Have gone through numerous tests, taken supplements, had an ultrasonic for liver---it was negative. Do you have any suggestions?
