What Causes Weight Loss, Anxiety And Severe Abdomen Pains Under The Breast?

fatigue, weightloss, axiety, very bloated, severe stomach pains under the breast. did a celiac test negative, saw an allergist ,everything is okay according to the family doctor I been expeirecening this problem since may, but just became worse the last week.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of fatigue, weight loss, anxiety, bloating and pain in upper abdomen under the breasts, celiac test negative since May.Family Doctor says everything is Okay.
My thoughts and advise:
Since there is a severe problem, proper clinical evaluation and examination and investigations as noted down should be done.
Stool test for 3 consecutive days.
CT scan of the abdomen helps to rule out diseases like Tuberculosis.
Colonoscopy helps in proper diagnosis.
Tests of blood for thyroid, liver function tests and others as may be needed as per the clinical evaluation.
Anxiety as you have noted can be one of the reasons for your symptoms as they are like IBS, irritable bowel syndrome.
The bloating and pain can be diagnosed on CT scan and upper GI endoscopy.
All these tests will help us to get a proper diagnosis and a plan for proper management.
