What Causes Weight Loss After Taking Tagipmet And Neuromet?

Hello sir I am daibetic.i am taking tagipmet 50/500 mg tablet along with nueromet tablet .my doctor prescribed me to take these tablets but by mistake i continue eating neuromet for 4 months instead of 6 weeks .i lost 3 kgs of weight .i just want know that i lost my weight just becuase i overdose neuromet or is there anyother reason.

Hi,

It is unlikely that your weight loss can be attributed to your consumption of Neuromet capsule. Poorly controlled diabetes would be higher on my list of possibilities. I would suggest that along with appropriate diet and regular exercise , you get your fasting blood sugar level, post prandial blood sugar and HbA1c levels tested.
