Hello and welcome to Healthcaremagic.com

* The weight gain can be from various reasons as
- thyroid level imbalance - altered metabolism via cholesterol deposits,
diabetes or others - inadequate mobility - food intake related.
* Blood in stool may be constipation related, hemorrhoid or fissure issue.

* I recommend a thorough clinical examination , necessary lab work and
fresh colonoscopy to arrive at the particular conclusion.

Wish you great health.
