General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
i really appreciate your concern
Ovaries are intact and you are NOT on HRT than these symptoms may be related to any of following

acid peptic disease
gall stone
liver disease

in my opinion you should consult your doctor for upper GI endoscopy ; an ultrasound abdomen and blood tests like hemoglobin, liver function test

Avoid spicy fried and junk food or carbonated drinks
have plenty of fruits and vegetables
Your doctor can prescribe you ppigroup of drugs like omeprazole and antacids

hope this helps you
Best wishes
