Hi,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms are related to Rythmol adverse effects. You should know that all beta-blockers can lead to low physical performance and fatigue.

For this reason, I would recommend discussing with your doctor on the possibility of switching to a calcium channel blocker like Diltiazem or Verapamil.

Hope I have answered your query.
