What Causes Weakness In The Feet Along With Nausea And Chest Discomfort?
What causes the waves of general (all over weakness starting in his feet), causing some nausea and odd discomfort in his chest, usually first thing in the a.m. and after meals. It happens at various times, but lately seems to be most predominant at these times.

Weakness, nausea and chest pain with meals needs to be investigated. He may need to have an ECG and a heart ultrasound as first tests and depending on the results of these the doctor may be able to rule out/in heart problems or may ask for further examinations.
