Crp in feb was 2.37 now is 31.13 have severe rib, bone pain in legs, n/v , spasticity with flascaltion with weight loss of 40 lbs in 3mths, neuro forgetfull get lost. Copper level 145, b612.1, Alpha Tocopherol 13.8, beta/gamma Tocopherol 3.3, wbc11.2, rbc 3.6, MCV96.2, MCH33.9, MCHC35.6, red bc width cv 12.7, sd 43.8, platelets 282 mpv 10.8, absolute neutrophil 6.17 sed rate 35, b12 366, IgG 814, IgA 364, IgM93 feel soooooo weak every bone ,muscle ,tendon hurts, vision comes and goes, I feel like Im dying please HELP

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
