What Causes Weakness And Cramps In Legs During Menopause?
52 years old, in menopause. Periods are farther apart. Sometimes I get a terrible leg pain like cramping. This time I have weakness in both legs. Heavy feeling going up stairs like I ran a marathon. Two days ag I tthought I might pass out. Is this another onemore symptom of menopause?
Hi, This problem can be due to pre-menopausal age as during this time there is some depletion of female hormone. At this age there might be having osteoartheritis changes in joints and some osteoprosis of bones giving rise this problem as well. Take Calcium, vitamin A and D supplements. Go for light walking daily. Ok and take care.
