What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge?

Hi there, I am suffering with a watery discharge that smells fowl. I suspected BV but I have been tested at a GUM clinic and was given treatment for thrush which seemed to work but it keeps returning. I was told it wasn t BV. The smell is so bad other people can smell it. There is no pain, or itchiness. Please help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection like yeast, cervicitis.
I would suggest to consult the gyncecologist and undergo vaginal examination and vaginal swab test to confirm the cause.
Following treatment will useful.
Single dose treatment of azithromycin + fluconazole + tinidazole
Apply vaginal suppository of clotrimazole and lactobacillus
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Wear pure cotton loose inner and change it after work out
Keep the area clean and dry
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet
Hope this may help you

Best regards
