What Causes Watery Motion In Infants?

HI, my child is 78 days old. He is having watery motions. The quantity is very less but every time during feed itself he is passing these stools. It started yesterday evening - nearly 6 times till early morning. Since morning (7 am) he hasn t passed any stools . Additionally would like to inform that the child also got vaccinated for 10 weeks Dpt/hib/IPV last saturday. he developed a swelling which still remains- today being 7th day. Today we took him to a doctor and was advised a) racigyl-O dry syrup- 5 days, P2P sacche -7 days and Ibuclin Junior- 5 days. what is yr recommendation

passing small stool after feeding is normal, this not a diease. so not requires treatment. swelling after DPT can be there for 2 weeks and subside it self, no need of medicine for swelling until there is fever is present .
