What Causes Watery Eyes And Bump On Forehead After Injury?

My 9 month old daughter fell and hit her forehead last night. She got a good bump and a 1/2 inch shallow cut. Today her right eye is watering she hit her head on the right side as well. Should I be concerned? What should I watch for before I take her to the doctor?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, any head injury should be watch carefully for alter of sensorium (Consciousness) vomiting at least for 48 hours, if this is happened the patient need to be taken to the hospital, here if the baby have eye discharge then this condition need to be taken seriously and in my opinion the baby need to be examined clinically, hope this information helps you have nice day.
