Hi,

Weight gain or difficulty losing weight is a side effect of many medications. Among the medication list, you provided Methadone, Cyclobenzaprine, Trazodone, and Meloxicam have the potential for weight gain.

But it is difficult to know exactly which of them is a cause of his weight gain. Consult with your doctor to review his medications.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
